Spraying process: no solvent, reduce pollution
During the production, transportation, storage and construction of the paint, the evaporation of the solvent will cause serious pollution to the atmosphere or water and cause physical injury to the operator. If it is stored and handled improperly, it is easy to cause fire, and waste paint treatment is also very difficult. The powder coating does not contain any solvent. It is a 100% solids coating. Its manufacture, transportation, storage and construction solve the pollution problems caused by solvents, improve the working conditions of the operators and help the health of the operators.
Simplify the coating process and improve coating efficiency
When using the paint process, it is necessary to apply more than ten to more than 20 processes, such as spray primer, putty, water mill, spray finish, spray varnish, etc., seven to ten days of processing cycle. . The spray coating process requires only three processes of spraying, curing, and cooling to form a film at a time. The painting process is greatly simplified, the production cycle is shortened, and the product can be produced on the same day. In the electrostatic coating of powder coatings, the automatic coating machine and the recycling system can be configured to form an automated production, thereby saving energy and resources and improving production efficiency.

Powder coatings are highly utilized and can be recycled
Compared with the paint, the powder coating can be directly applied to the surface of the coated object, and after baking, the coating film is formed, and the uncoated powder can be recycled to the powder supply system for use, thereby greatly reducing the coating material. The loss of construction, the utilization rate of powder coating is about 95%, and the paint is not difficult to be recycled after the solvent is completely volatilized, so the actual utilization rate of general paint is about 50%.
Powder coating performance, durability
The powder coating material can be used as a high-performance coating film having various functions by using a resin which is insoluble in a solvent at normal temperature or a polymer resin which is not easily dissolved and cannot be liquidized. Moreover, when the powder coating is prepared or formed into a film, no solvent is added and released, and pinholes penetrating the coating film are not generated, so that the coating film is denser. The powder coating is more durable than the paint film.
One-time coating
Powder coating can obtain a coating film of 50~300μm thick in one coating, and it is not easy to produce dripping or stagnation when the paint is thickly coated, no solvent pinhole occurs, no defects of thick film coating, and corner coverage Also very high. The paint is generally applied at a film thickness of 5 to 20 μm. If a thick coating film or a medium-to-high-grade coating film is required, it must be applied after multiple paintings.

Color change is difficult, long cycle
Since the color coating of powder coating can not be blended with the original color material like paint, the color of the powder coating has been determined at the factory. If the color is to be changed, the formula of the powder coating needs to be changed, so it is difficult to complete the adjustment in a short time. Color work. The color change of powder coating is also more troublesome. Because of electrostatic spraying, if the color is changed in the middle of the operation, the spray gun, powder feeder, dusting chamber, powder feeding tube, recycling system, etc. must be cleaned up, otherwise it will seriously affect the coating. Film surface quality. In particular, the transformation of dark and light colors is more complicated, so it is not easy to change multiple tones in a short time.
It is not easy to achieve thin film coating
Due to the principle of electrostatic spray coating, the film thickness of powder coatings is generally above 50 μm. Even if the powder coating is excellent, the construction conditions are good, and the minimum film thickness is about 40 μm. It is very difficult to form a coating film of 40 μm or less.
