3)For small edges that cannot be bent using the standard lower die, the expansion size can be appropriately increased during the expansion calculation process, and the flange size can be increased after obtaining the customer's consent without affecting the product function.。
3. When there are conflicts between the rivet, convex hull, tear, etc. and the bending on the part, it is necessary to specify a reasonable processing procedure.
4. When there is a hole in the part that is too close to the flange (that is, the hole will be deformed after bending), the hole can be opened first and then expanded to the standard aperture.
5 According to the actual assembly relationship, the tolerance is marked on the part's drawing for sheet metal bending dimension.
6. When formulating the SOP, it is necessary to clearly indicate that the machine tool and the mold used represent the bending shape and size of each knife. The key dimensions to be guaranteed are pointed out, and the crease level requirements are determined. The places to be protected on the map should be clearly marked.
