Using Pallet for mass products. 5. Depend on cargoes weight have Express, Air and Ocean freight. 6. Shipped in 20-30 working days after Sample Approval. |

Note:
a. Sample unit cost will be 3 times based on the final quotation.If sample is under 15USD,we can offer sample for free.Customers only need to pay for its shipment.
b. Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.
c. Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20 days.(up to the products)
Step 4: provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.
Step 5: we start production, and keep you informed updated news.
Step 6: send you details,photos and QI report when qualified sample is finished.
Step 7: make shipment after above information is confirmed.

Q:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team making custom products according to clients’ drawings. We use Solidwork, AutoCad, ProEngineer softwares.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q: How much is your sample fee? Is it refundable?
A: Usually sample fee (more than 15USD) is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 20-30 days.
Q: Do you handle powder coating and silk screening yourself?
A: Yes, we are a professional sheet metal fabrication factory providing full set of manufacturing service including laser cutting, NCT punching, bending, welding(TIG, CO2 arc welding), grinding, belt polishing, powder coating&paint coating, silk screen.
Q: Could you help us with warehousing?
A: Sure, we have plenty of space in factory and we are glad to make full use of it by warehousing products for clients even for one year.
